Livni's comments in Jerusalem unraveled all the work done by Condi. Livni's view of the conference is only to 'normalize' relations with the Arabs, and not to deal with the issues. She believes that it will be 'harmful' to address the thorny issues that have hampered the peace process.
In conclusion, Israel's ' patriotism' will give the reason(s) for Saudi Arabia to wiggle out from a dead on arrival conference.
